just to make it clear, it doesn’t matter if you’ve been a kpop fan for 8 days or six weeks or even years. it doesn’t matter if you don’t know every band or can’t pronounce korean words. it doesn’t matter if you haven’t been there from the very day your favorite group debuted. it doesn’t matter if you don’t know the names of every member of the band within weeks, because let’s face it - there are bands out there with 12-13 members & hardass names. you’re not in this to study korean names. you’re here for the music and that should be enough. stop looking down on new kpop fans - be thankful for them. it’s because of them that the fandoms are growing and let’s not even bring up the fact that every kpop fan once was a “newbie”. respect each other and learn from each other. it’s all about the music.
